One of the most common questions we get: "Do you really deliver to my hotel?" The answer is yes. This is how our vehicle delivery works in practice, for both the sedans and the scooter.
Why We Offer Delivery
Most travellers arrive in Cebu at Mactan Airport and head straight to a hotel or resort. Without delivery, your only option would be to arrange transport to our base in Lapu-Lapu first — which defeats the purpose. Delivery means your rental experience starts the moment you book, not when you physically reach us.

Mactan-Cebu International Airport delivery is our most popular request. Here's the exact process:

- Step 2: We prepare your vehicleFuelled, inspected, documents ready. Our team heads to the airport timed to your arrival.
- Step 3: Message us when you landA quick WhatsApp message (+63 910 260 2945) telling us you've landed. We confirm the exact meeting point at arrivals.
- Step 4: Quick handoverWe meet you at arrivals for a document check, vehicle walkthrough, and key handover. A few minutes and you're driving.
- Flight delayed?No problem. WhatsApp us your new arrival time — zero cancellation or rescheduling fee for delays.
How Hotel & Address Delivery Works
For hotels, Airbnbs, and any address in our service area, the process is equally simple:
- During bookingEnter your hotel name or address in the delivery address field. If you're not sure of the exact address yet, that's fine — WhatsApp it to us when you arrive.
- We confirm within minutesAfter your booking is submitted, we confirm via WhatsApp with an estimated delivery window.
- Delivery dayOur team arrives at your hotel or address within the estimated window. We'll message you when we're 10 minutes away.
- Hotel parking noteIf your hotel has restrictions at the main entrance, we'll hand over in a nearby street or carpark — we'll coordinate this with you.
Return Pickup Included
When your rental ends, we come to you for the return too. Just message us your location on return day and we arrange collection. You don't need to drive back to our depot.
- Same-day returnMessage us by noon on your return day so we can schedule collection.
- Deposit refundThe ₱1,000 sedan deposit is refunded in cash at the moment of collection — after we inspect the vehicle together.
- Airport returnHeading to the airport? We can collect the vehicle at Mactan Airport on departure day. Coordinate 24 hours in advance.
Is Delivery Available 24/7?
Our standard delivery hours are 6 AM – 11 PM daily. For early-morning flights or late arrivals outside these hours, contact us in advance via WhatsApp — we accommodate most requests with a bit of notice.
We do not do unattended drop-offs. Someone from our team will always be present for the handover — both for your security and to walk you through the vehicle. If no one is available at your address when we arrive, we'll reschedule.
