How do I book a car or scooter?

Can I book same-day?

Yes — please give us at least 3 hours on the same day to prepare the unit, not counting delivery time.

Do I need to create an account?

No account required. Just provide your name, contact number, and pickup/delivery details.

Can I extend my rental while in Cebu?

Contact us before your scheduled return time and we'll do our best to extend, subject to availability.

Can I cancel my booking?

The ₱500 reservation fee is non-refundable once paid, even if you cancel — it is deducted from your total once you settle the balance.

Do I need a license to rent?

Yes. Filipino renters: a valid driver's license plus one valid government ID, surrendered at pickup and returned when you return the vehicle. International renters: a valid driver's license with an English translation, plus one valid government ID, surrendered and returned the same way.

What is the deposit requirement?

A ₱1,000 security deposit applies to sedan rentals (Toyota Vios, Mitsubishi Mirage G4). Plus a ₱500 reservation fee on every booking, sedan or scooter.

How many people can ride or fit in the vehicle?

Our sedans (Vios, Mirage G4) seat up to 5. The Yamaha NMAX scooter seats 2, including the driver.

Where do you deliver?

Pickup or delivery at our Basak, Sudtunggan office, Mactan-Cebu International Airport, your hotel, or your home address. A delivery fee applies depending on location.

Do you do airport pickup?

Yes — we meet you at Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA). Share your flight details when you book.

Can I take the vehicle outside Cebu?

One-way drop-off is allowed within Lapu-Lapu City or Cebu City only. We do not accommodate one-way rentals to Moalboal, Oslob, or other out-of-metro destinations, and there is no inter-island travel (e.g. Bantayan Island, Negros).

GCash, Maya, bank transfer, PayPal, or cash on pickup.

Are there any hidden fees?

The rate for your vehicle and rental length is shown before you confirm, along with the ₱500 reservation fee, the sedan security deposit if applicable, and the delivery fee for your location.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes — the sedan security deposit is refunded after the return inspection, provided the vehicle comes back in its original condition with the same fuel level as pickup.

What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

Contact us immediately by phone or WhatsApp. We'll coordinate a repair or replacement with our service partner, subject to availability.

Is there a mileage limit?

Unlimited mileage within the Cebu area. Inter-island travel (e.g. Bantayan Island, Negros) is not allowed.

What is the fuel policy?

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at pickup.

What if I return the vehicle late?

An overtime rate of ₱150/hour applies for sedans beyond the agreed return time.

Is a carwash included?

Carwash is included free with the Yamaha NMAX. For sedans, a ₱300 carwash fee applies.
